You will be an early member of the team, establishing the Strategy function as a trusted partner and exploring AI applications to drive innovation and performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or business transformation.
- Leading strategic projects with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation abilities.
- Commercial acumen with understanding of growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver strategic projects for growth, performance and transformation.
- Support development and execution of Retail strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market, competitor, customer and performance analyses.
- Develop insight-led, commercially focused recommendations for senior leaders.
- Produce high-quality presentations, reports and business cases for executives.
- Build relationships across the organisation to influence outcomes and drive initiatives.
- Contribute to Strategy team's frameworks and methodologies.
- Investigate AI and emerging tech to enhance strategic insights and performance.
