Konrad Group in London seeks a Manager on the Strategy team to oversee large-scale programs across Strategy, Design, and Technology. You will shape executive-level strategy, direct early discovery, and ensure delivery from inception to launch, mentoring junior team members while collaborating with leadership.

You will drive AI-forward digital solutions, partner with senior clients, and lead cross-functional teams to align business goals with elegant user experiences in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; consulting background beneficial.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong user experience and AI technology understanding.
• Ability to guide clients toward actionable, analytical points of view.
• Excellent relationship-building and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement on strategic digital transformation programs, including AI strategy and product strategy.
• Manage cross-functional teams and advise executives on goals and models to drive growth.
• Be the day-to-day client contact, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to shape new engagements and grow current accounts.
• Lead design thinking workshops, architecture sessions, and large-scale planning.
