Job summary

Konrad Group is seeking a Strategy Consultant to guide global organizations through digital transformation and AI-enabled product initiatives. You will partner with Design and Technology teams to deliver human-centered experiences and strategic roadmaps across industries.

You will own segments of AI strategy, product strategy, and advisory work, conducting research, stakeholder interviews, and thought leadership to shape client outcomes and internal capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate business needs into strategic AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent written and oral communication for enterprise stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and travel globally as required.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients and internal teams on business models, goals and competitive pressures with AI relevance.
• Lead AI-forward digital solution design and operating model development for diverse clients.
• Conduct independent research and stakeholder interviews to assess processes and market position.
• Shape advisory viewpoints on digital transformation and AI-enabled products for clients.
• Collaborate with Design and Tech teams to align strategy with user-centric experiences.
• Facilitate workshops, architecture sessions, and project planning activities.
• Prepare high-impact presentations, RFP responses, and client collateral.
