Job summary

A well-established insurance firm in Greater London is looking for an experienced Strategy Lead to execute operational strategies and manage stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strategic project leadership background, preferably within the Lloyd’s market. Responsibilities include coordinating strategy processes and overseeing the development of business plans. Qualifications

• Existing experience working in a strategy role within the insurance market.
• Ability to define, scope, and deliver programmes that operationalise strategy.
• Strong understanding and ideally experience of the Lloyd’s market.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the 5-year strategy process.
• Lead on strategy development for entities within the Group.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new Underwriting cells.
