Strategy Insights and Planning Associate - 2025 Graduates

ZS's Strategy Insights and Planning teams partner with clients to design and deliver solutions for various business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations are based on rigorous research and deep expertise.

What you’ll do

1. Leverage problem-solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to client business problems
2. Conduct market and desk research to derive insights and inform decision-making
3. Design analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit, and ZS's proprietary software
4. Synthesize and communicate results to clients and teams
5. Collaborate with clients and ZS teams to implement solutions
6. Take responsibility for project deliverables

What you’ll bring

1. Final-year students of bachelor’s or master’s degrees in any discipline with strong academic performance in analytical and quantitative coursework (business, economics, marketing, psychology, sciences, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related fields)
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
3. High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and initiative
4. Effective communication skills
