Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant

Our teams partner with clients to design and deliver solutions for a broad range of business challenges. We work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations are based on rigorous research, analysis, deep expertise, and thought leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Leverage problem-solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to our clients' business problems.
• Assist in structuring and conducting market or desk research to derive insights and support client decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit, and ZS's proprietary software.
• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through presentations.
• Develop client relationships and serve as a key point of contact on projects.
• Support program management, conduct status updates, mitigate risks/issues, and ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
• Enhance problem-solving capabilities and ZS's overall skills.
• Mentor and support the development of Associates on your projects and teams.

What You’ll Bring

• PhD or Master’s degree with quantitative coursework in fields like business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, or social sciences. Alternatively, 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• High motivation, strong work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Empathy, adaptability, and high personal impact.
• Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Self-discipline in planning and organizing tasks.
• Aptitude for team leadership and enjoyment of leading teams.
