We are seeking a sharp, forward-thinkingStrategy & Insights Lead to drive strategic design, unlock competitive intelligence, and shape the direction of our most critical business initiatives. This high-impact role bridges analytical insight and strategic action, helping senior leadership navigate change, identify opportunities, and execute with precision.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable synthesizing complex data into compelling narratives, structuring corporate strategies, and leading high-priority cross-functional projects through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Design & Planning

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define and evolve corporate and departmental strategies.
  • Facilitate strategic planning processes, including long-range goal setting, scenario planning, and resource alignment.
  • Structure and communicate actionable strategies that drive organizational growth and alignment.

Market & Competitor Insights

  • Support development of a robust market and competitor intelligence capability.
  • Continuously analyze external trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to shape proactive responses.
  • Deliver clear, data-backed insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Business Performance Analysis

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of business performance, customer behavior, and operational drivers.
  • Translate data and qualitative findings into executive-level recommendations that inform strategic decisions.
  • Build dashboards and frameworks for ongoing performance tracking and decision support.

Strategic Initiative Leadership

  • Drive or oversee strategic initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring clarity of purpose, measurable outcomes, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Provide programmatic structure, milestone tracking, and risk management to ensure success.
  • Influence change management and adoption of strategy across departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7–10 yearsof experience in strategy, insights, business analysis, or management consulting roles.
  • Demonstrated success driving strategic planning, competitive analysis, or enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical toolkit with expertise in synthesizing data from varied sources (market research, internal analytics, stakeholder input).
  • Excellent storytelling skills—able to build compelling presentations and influence at the executive level.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects or strategic programs.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating vision into executable strategy.
  • Proactive, independent thinker who thrives on problem-solving and pattern recognition.
  • Strong understanding of industry dynamics in Financial Services, Payments and Technology.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or strategy frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean, Porter, OKRs).
