About the Roles: We are looking for individuals for various impactful positions, ranging from defining high-level company strategy to managing key client relationships. Key Responsibilities (will vary by specific role, but may include):

  • Strategy Manager: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market expansion.

Field Account Manager / Strategic Account Manager: Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of key partners or accounts.

  • Negotiate contracts and drive commercial terms.
  • Monitor performance, analyze data, and provide insights to partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and foster long-term strategic alliances.

Qualifications (will vary by specific role, but generally include):

  • Proven experience in strategy, account management, business development, or a similar commercial role.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business results and manage complex relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., German, Dutch) may be beneficial depending on location.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; Master's or MBA preferred for Strategy roles.
