Strategy Director (12 month FTC)

We’re excited to be partnering with an award-winning, fully integrated marketing agency in Leeds who are looking for an experienced Strategy Director to join the team on a 12 month FTC.

This senior leadership role is at the heart of the agency, where you’ll set the strategic vision and guide some of the most exciting projects for globally recognised brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic response to briefs across the agency, ensuring exceptional thinking and innovative solutions.
• Oversee client deliverables, setting a high standard of strategic rigour across the team.
• Play a central role in new business, shaping responses that inspire both clients and internal teams.
• Build the profile of the strategy function through thought leadership, external speaking, and product development.
• Keep the agency at the cutting edge by sharing insights on culture, media, behavioural science, and buyer behaviour.

About You

• Senior strategy experience, within an agency, consultancy, or client-side setting, working with big brand names.
• A natural leader with proven ability to inspire teams and clients.
