Interested in playing a part in shaping the future of the UK's energy markets?

I'm supporting a key organisation within the UK energy sector as they look to bring in a Strategy Development Analyst to join their growing team.

This is a varied, forward-thinking role offering exposure to some of the challenges and opportunities facing the industry, particularly around gas markets, digitalisation, data, decarbonisation and wider market developments.

Who am I looking to speak with?

I'd be particularly interested in hearing from individuals working within consultancy, advisory, market research or strategy, ideally with exposure to gas or wider energy markets.

You don't necessarily need to come directly from the gas industry. Experience across adjacent energy markets, utilities, infrastructure or regulatory environments could be equally interesting.

More importantly, I'm looking for someone who is:

• Naturally curious, commercially aware and analytical
• Dynamic, adaptable and comfortable working across different projects
• Confident engaging with stakeholders and communicating ideas
• Keen to develop their understanding of the evolving energy landscape

This could be a great opportunity for someone earlier in their career who enjoys research, problem-solving and strategic thinking, and wants to broaden their exposure within the energy sector.
