As a Strategy Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering dedicated support to victims of sexual assault. We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to join us. This is an opportunity to be a difference maker for those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all strategy meetings with police and social care, advising on the best route for the child or young person based on strict criteria.
  • Ensure children requiring a child protection medical are directed to the appropriate Pediatrician, not brought to the SARC.
  • Discuss all aspects of the child's attendance in multi-agency strategy meetings, whether acute or non-recent.
  • Provide cover as a Crisis Worker for both Pediatric and adult Forensic Services at SARCs.
  • Maintain accurate records and confidential client notes as per protocols.
  • Liaise with voluntary and statutory agencies to meet health and psychological needs.
  • Ensure secure storage of all SARC files and forensic samples for potential criminal investigations.

Location: The Elms SARC

Hours: 18 hours per week

Shift Patterns: 9am - 5pm

Salary: £29,699 pro rata based on 40 hours per week
