Job summary

3HORIZONS in London is seeking a Strategy Consultant with German proficiency to join our hybrid, full-time team. You will work on end-to-end client engagements, lead workshops, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

The role requires 3+ years at a top firm, a Master’s degree (MBA preferred), and willingness to travel internationally. Fluency in English and German is mandatory. We offer a competitive base salary and a performance bonus, within a Great Place to Work culture.

• Lead workshops with target audiences and present actionable recommendations at meetings.
• Work as project manager in complex, dynamic contexts and structure analyses.
• Contribute ideas to the Strategy in Action team and advance company methods.

• Independently manage end-to-end project executions and lead a team of employees (up to 3 people on a project) who conduct structured analyses and primary research to gain new insights that inform your client recommendations.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and identify opportunities for client relationship building and development.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the team by overseeing the day-to-day execution of client projects and guiding the individual development of junior colleagues.
• Lead workshops with various target audiences and present the most practical way to achieve lasting results based on your insights at team and client meetings.
• Work in complex, highly dynamic contexts as a project manager and also provide operational support by structuring analyses.
• With the entire Strategy in Action team, you actively contribute your own ideas to the development of the company, participating in the advancement of our technologies, methods, and consulting approaches.

• +3 years of professional experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm or strategy experience in a reputed organisation
• Master's degree from a top university with an outstanding academic record (technical background is an advantage); an advanced degree or MBA is preferred
• Proven track record of high performance and significant achievements in your previous roles.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully influence partners and executives

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a team environment

• Fluency in English and German is mandatory; additional languages are a plus

• Compensation: Competitive base salary (£58.000 - £66,500)+ performance-based annual bonus (up to 15%)
