Job summary

French Selection (FS) in London seeks a German-speaking Strategy Consultant to support end-to-end consulting engagements across multiple sectors. The role combines client-facing work with structured problem solving in a hybrid setup, 2-3 days in the office.

You will conduct analyses, manage stakeholder relationships, and help develop long-term client strategies while mentoring junior colleagues. Travel internationally may be required, and a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

German Speaking Strategy Consultant

Location: London

• Hybrid work: 2-3 days a week in the office

Salary: up to £80,000 OTE

Main Duties

The Role

• Support the end-to-end delivery of strategy and execution-focused consulting engagements across multiple sectors
• Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders and support the development of long-term client relationships
• Conduct structured analysis, market research and primary research to generate actionable insights
• Prepare and deliver presentations and contribute to client workshops and meetings
• Work with internal teams to structure problem-solving approaches, analyses and project outputs
• Contribute to the development of consulting tools, methodologies and best practices
• Support and mentor junior team members where required
• Operate in a fast-paced, international consulting environment

Candidate's Profile

• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• Solid experience in strategy consulting, ideally gained within a reputable consulting firm
• Proven experience delivering strategy consulting projects and working with senior client stakeholders
• Strong academic background; Master's degree preferred (MBA or technical background advantageous)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and structured thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to work effectively in high-performance team environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative, adaptability and commercial awareness
• Additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish advantageous
• Willingness to travel internationally

Salary

Up to £70,000 per annum plus performance bonus of up to 15%, plus standard company benefits including hybrid working flexibility.
