Strategy Consultant for NEO Bank (Contract Role, UK-Based) - 4 to 8 weeks project

We are hiring a Strategy Consultant with hands-on experience in NEO banking to drive operational improvements and support strategic growth. This contract role will involve:

• Conducting a strategic review of market positioning and pricing.
• Mapping competitive landscapes and identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Supporting the process of preparing the NEO bank for a potential sale.

Requirements:

• Only apply if you have worked in a top 5 consulting firm in your career
• Experience in a senior strategy role within a NEO bank or payments, cards company
• Strong operational knowledge of pricing, market trends, and fintech growth strategies.
• Prior involvement in scaling or selling a digital bank is a plus.
• Prior experience with Kids' card is a plus.

This is a UK-based contract role with an immediate start.
