The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategy & Performance Consultant should have:

  • Background in top-tier consulting, public sector strategy, or industry transformation
  • Deep understanding of IMD sector dynamics and value levers
  • Proven ability to run projects or workstreams at pace
  • Experience in pitching, winning, and delivering advisory work
  • Confident team leader with sharp thinking and client-first mindset.
