They are focused on building the largest availability of GPUs across Europe, catering to enterprises requiring high-performance compute power for AI and machine learning workloads. With strong partnerships with industry giants like Nvidia and AMD, they are poised for significant growth and are seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s growth strategy through M&A, investor diligence, corporate diligence, and strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for commercial deal structuring, budgeting, and financial modelling to support business decision-making. Your experience in data centres, IT infrastructure, and, ideally, GPU technology will enable you to contribute to various strategic projects and initiatives as the company continues to expand its presence across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct M&A diligence, including evaluating potential acquisition targets and assessing market opportunities.
• Engage in investor diligence activities, preparing and analysing data to support investment decisions.
• Lead corporate diligence efforts to ensure strategic alignment and compliance.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Drive go-to-market strategies, assisting in the planning and execution of business development initiatives.
• Structure commercial deals, including pricing, costing, and budgeting, to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic goals and ensure seamless execution.
• Leverage experience in data centre and IT infrastructure to advise on business expansion and technical opportunities.
• Work closely with leadership to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in M&A diligence, investor diligence, and corporate diligence.
• Strong financial modelling skills with a solid understanding of budgeting, costing, and pricing.
• Experience in strategy development, go-to-market planning, and commercial deal structuring.
• Background in data centre operations and IT infrastructure is essential.
• Familiarity with GPU technology is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
