Key roles in a highly regarded boutique consultancy helping businesses and brands to develop strategies that facilitate and sustain growth.

The role:

These key strategy consulting roles are focused on helping clients to drive long-term, sustainable business growth. They are at Consultant level with an emphasis on:

• Helping to build strategies allied to the growth of brands & businesses by drawing insights from both qualitative and quantitative data
• Reviewing and manipulating raw data and reviewing research documents/trend reports
• Creating quality slides and Excel dashboards
• Participating in client meetings and supporting stakeholder interviews
• Supporting proposal development
• Working with some of the world’s best brands, smaller agile companies and not for profit clients, always tailoring the approach to the specific need.

You:

• Experience in a management consulting role with a recognised management consulting firm
• A primary focus on driving commercial growth strategies, securing a competitive edge
• Scenario planning: experience of envisioning various possible futures and developing robust and flexible strategies to address them
• Experience of working with consumer-facing businesses
• Evidence, through academic or career history, of a balance of numerical/quantitative and verbal/qualitative skill sets
• Have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Salary and package:

To £45,000 plus generous benefits, including share options, profit share, hybrid and flexible working, private medical insurance and exceptional family leave entitlements
