THE TEAM

Reporting to the Chief Business Operations Officer, the Strategy Team develops and executes strategies for sustainable growth, covering areas such as business development, strategy execution, go-to-market, investor relations, and ESG initiatives.

THE ROLE

As a Corporate Development Strategy Associate, you will support long-term growth by working with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies, including M&A activities, financial modeling, and strategic analysis.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and refine corporate development and M&A strategies
  • Conduct target screening and build financial models
  • Lead due diligence and integration processes
  • Support capital allocation decisions
  • Translate strategy into actionable objectives and monitor progress
  • Assist in preparing board and investor materials
  • Conduct market research and provide strategic insights
  • Drive continuous improvement within the strategy team

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 3-5 years experience in corporate development, strategy, investment banking, or consulting
  • Experience with M&A, financial modeling, and valuation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships

WHAT ELSE?

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Suite
  • Experience coaching teams on OKRs
  • Ability to work with senior executives and external advisors
