Job Description:

As a Strategy Associate, you will be a key contributor to our company’s strategic planning process. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to understand complex issues, develop problem-solving strategies, and implement solutions that drive the company’s growth, competitive position, and transformational change.

This role is highly varied, working on a wide range of strategic initiatives covering commercial, operations, business structure & strategy, and corporate development and M&A.

  • Strategic Planning & Projects: Develop strategies, support initiatives, prepare reports, lead change projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with departments and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of processes and systems.
