Strategy and Research Team Researcher/Analyst – x2 positions

Based: Home based, with a requirement to attend the head office - Memorial House in Coalville as and when required

Hours: 35 hours per week working Monday to Friday

Salary: £44,989-£49,988 gross per annum (Corp Services RFJ 8)

The role

As a Researcher at emh you will take a leading role in shaping the strategic direction of the organisation and working with teams across the business to develop a Business Plan and supporting strategies.

The Person

You will also be responsible for monitoring the operating context, keeping up to date on key policy, legislative and regulatory developments and supporting teams across the business by producing comprehensive briefings.

The role will require strong research and data analytical skills as you'll be responsible for a programme of research projects to inform internal decision-making, strategy development and external influencing. You will support teams build capacity and understanding around internal and performance data.
