StrategicPlanning and Delivery
Assist the COO in developing anddelivering the organisations strategic objectives.
Lead projects that align with NGPC'sgrowth, transformation, and innovation plans.
Conduct regular market, competitor, andpolicy analysis to inform strategic direction.
Support the development of business casesfor new services or partnerships.
OperationalManagement
Oversee day-to-day service delivery incollaboration with clinical and administrative leads.
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs toensure service quality, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
Drive operational improvements andefficiency across clinical and non-clinical areas.
Support implementation of qualityimprovement and change management initiatives.
Service Rota Management
TeamLeadership and Stakeholder Engagement
Line managea small team or service sessional leads, promoting a culture of accountability,inclusivity, and continuous learning.
Buildstrong relationships with member GP Practices, local partner providers andcommissioning colleagues.
RepresentNGPC in multi-agency forums, working groups, and strategic meetings asrequired.
Governanceand Reporting
Contributeto risk management, governance, and assurance frameworks.
Prepare andpresent reports for the Board, Commissioners, Member Practices and CQCinspections.
Supportcompliance with NHS England policies, Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards,and relevant legal frameworks.
Lead theBusiness Intelligence Team and manage BI projects from initiation to delivery,ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Presentinsights in a clear, compelling way to executives and stakeholders.
Encouragea data-driven culture across the organisation.
