Assist the COO in developing and delivering the organisations strategic objectives.

Lead projects that align with NGPC's growth, transformation, and innovation plans.

Conduct regular market, competitor, and policy analysis to inform strategic direction.

Support the development of business cases for new services or partnerships.

Operational Management

Oversee day-to-day service delivery in collaboration with clinical and administrative leads.

Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure service quality, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

Drive operational improvements and efficiency across clinical and non-clinical areas.

Support implementation of quality improvement and change management initiatives.

Service Rota Management

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement

Line manage a small team or service sessional leads, promoting a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and continuous learning.

Build strong relationships with member GP Practices, local partner providers and commissioning colleagues.

Represent NGPC in multi-agency forums, working groups, and strategic meetings as required.

Governance and Reporting

Contribute to risk management, governance, and assurance frameworks.

Prepare and present reports for the Board, Commissioners, Member Practices and CQC inspections.

Support compliance with NHS England policies, Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, and relevant legal frameworks.

Lead the Business Intelligence Team and manage BI projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Present insights in a clear, compelling way to executives and stakeholders.

Encourage a data-driven culture across the organisation.
