Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory for a technology company.
  • Experience with data manipulation, dashboarding, data presentation, and delivering executive reviews.
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Ability to lead operational and strategic initiatives, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
  • Ability to execute cross-functionally and work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, and ramp-up on new problem statements and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to take ambiguous topics and create simple, compelling narratives for different audiences.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers.

These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

Responsibilities
  • Define, drive, and land gTech ads operational strategy for region and market teams working to represent all of gTech Ads.
  • Work with executive leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic initiatives in region.
  • Ability to define project scope, key focus areas, analysis needed to uncover opportunities and drive stakeholder alignment, and consensus to deliver business impact.
  • Ability to work with cross functional stakeholders to deliver on project priorities, drive alignment, and enable decision making.
  • Communicate findings to executive leadership in the shape of executive-ready presentations and thoughtful facilitation of strategy topics across functional teams.
