We drive cleantech commercialisation through strategy, communications, and technical advisory, with a focus on nuclear energy and fusion. We support the entire journey of technology development and deployment - from ideas to impact - and optimise the relationship between people, technology, and nature.

Helixos is a fast-growing technical consultancy supporting clients in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Our cleantech commercialisation team supports technology developers, research organisations, governments, investors, and end users in bringing technology to market through market research and business strategy. With a rapidly growing international client base, we are looking for an experienced consultant to support our new and existing clients as they develop the next generation of clean technologies.

As a Strategy and Commercialisation Lead, you will support the delivery of our strategy and commercialisation services with the opportunity to also contribute to our other services, including strategic communications and technical advisory. Your primary role will be to lead projects end-to-end while also working on strategic framework development and analysis.

We currently need support in the following areas with existing projects:

  • Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end client engagements as the project lead
  • Guide and develop individual team members in the strategy consulting discipline
  • Lead comprehensive business strategy projects for clients in various industries
  • Develop and implement market entry strategies for cleantech products and services across different countries and regions
  • Develop technology roadmaps for the deployment of technologies for governments and research institutions
  • Advise and support technology developers through the commercialisation process
  • Identify and engage with potential partners, customers, and other stakeholders for our clients for a range of complex technologies including nuclear technologies, fusion,renewables, and hydrogen technologies
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with international clients

  • Experience in or a deep understanding of the strategy consulting environment, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a client delivery or engagement management role

  • Eager to have a high degree of ownership over results and client relationships
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity
  • A STEM Background

We are building a company of people with diverse experiences and from a variety of backgrounds, industries, and functions. We are looking for a mid-career professional with approximately 7-10 years of work experience. The following experience would be helpful in supporting our work:
