Shawbrook Bank is seeking a Strategy Analyst to support the Commercial franchise's strategic priorities. The role involves deriving insights from data, collaborating with senior management, and preparing strategic materials to drive growth initiatives.
We are looking to appoint a Strategy Analyst to provide relevant insights to help the Commercial franchise make the right decisions, solve key problems, and achieve its growth plans. The analyst supports the development and execution of the franchise’s strategic priorities. This includes using both internal & external data to inform the ongoing evaluation of Shawbrook’s performance, growth opportunities, and strategy.
The Strategy Analyst will work closely with the Senior Strategy Manager on proposals for strategic initiatives and deliver internal and external reporting of the strategic plan. The Analyst will be required to work collaboratively with teams across the franchise (including senior management) and to support the development of new and existing initiatives.
