The business have become a household name within the industry, associated with some of the world’s biggest and most successful musicians, yet they still maintain high-growth ambitions. This presents a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, non-corporate environment at a business that highly values professional development and shares a passion for music and the creative industry.
The Role
Reporting into a talented Director of Strategy, this Strategy Analyst will have the opportunity to provide the research and insight to drive strategic decision making for the business. In this dynamic role, you’ll have a clear impact on commercial performance, great visibility to senior stakeholders/C-suite, and getting the opportunity to immerse yourself in the music industry.

You’d be tasked with reporting, presenting, and distributing your findings and suggestions across the business, giving you the opportunity to have a direct impact on business strategy and performance. Additionally, you’ll be tasked with tracking and monitoring the progress of strategic projects, as well as taking initiative to flag concerns and problem-solve as needed. This role has a big presence in the business, providing you with the opportunity to business partner with the executive, data, finance, and investment teams.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a strategy consultancy firm with a clear passion for the music industry. We’re looking for a PowerPoint whiz who feels comfortable compiling research and communicating findings, both qualitative and quantitative, to audiences from different backgrounds. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a comfort with numerical data and the ability to translate complex concepts to different audiences, is key.
Top line? We’re looking for an ambitious, curious, strategy analyst who, most importantly, LOVES the music industry.
