What You'll Do:

In this high-visibility role, you'll work closely with theGroup Head of Strategyand other senior leaders to:

• Support regional strategy planningacross Pest Control and Hygiene & Wellbeing – with a focus on the North American market.
• Use youraccounting or financial experienceto drive commercial decisions
• Leaddata analysis and insight generationto uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Manage complex projects, building roadmaps and tracking milestones for strategic delivery.
• Act as thebridge between internal stakeholders and external partnerssuch as consultancies and research agencies.
• Contribute to thedesign and rollout of strategic capability training, helping shape how we think about growth globally.

Requirements:

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are:

• A qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Have experience in FP&A or in an analytical role
• Aself-starterwith a strong grasp of strategy frameworks and models.
• Experienced in handling and presenting large datasets – ideally with proficiency inSAS, SQL, or similar.
• A sharp thinker who can spot insights that influence business decisions.
• Confident communicating across functions, from frontline teams to senior leadership.
• Highly organized, with strong project management skills and a passion for execution.
• Educated to degree level inBusiness, Economics, Data Science,Financeor a related discipline.
