Strategy Analyst Graduate - Nottingham

Salary: £50,000 plus a £5,000 joining bonus and other benefits

Location: Nottingham only

Start date: 14th September 2026

Eligibility: Open to any final year students graduating in 2026, or those who have graduated in 2025. (This includes undergraduates, masters and PhD students)

Sponsorship: We're able to sponsor if you currently have the right to work in the UK (including student/graduate visas)

The Recruitment Process

Step 1: Apply! We don't screen CVs so there's no need to tailor your CV or attach a cover letter. After your initial application, if you meet the eligibility criteria you will be sent out online testing to complete, which assess the core skills required for the role.

Step 2: Next up, you will be invited to complete a one way video interview

Step 3: You'll get to (virtually) meet with one of our Strategy Analysts to complete a case study interview

Step 4: The in person assessment day, which consists of a group activity, case study and individual interview. A great chance for you to have a look around our office and see the working environment!

Where And How You'll Work

This is a permanent position based at our Nottingham office.

We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. We're big on collaboration and connection, so you'll be based in our Nottingham office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
