You’ll play a vital part in developing and maintaining our strategic direction, delivering key initiatives that enhance market position, profitability, and competitive advantage.

You’ll be involved analysing market trends, monitoring competitors, and assessing the broader external and internal environment to identify growth opportunities. This role provides exceptional visibility across AXA UK&I and Group, allowing you to collaborate with senior stakeholders and contribute to high-profile projects such as the delivery of our inaugural Board Strategy Day, supporting the UK&I CEO’s engagement with Group leadership, and conducting biannual competitor benchmarking. If you are passionate about strategic thinking and want to make a tangible impact within a dynamic organization, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career.

Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Supporting the development, ongoing refinement and execution tracking of AXA UK&I’s strategy, including running the annual strategy process and identifying and monitoring key priorities and objectives.
    • Support delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives and analysis
    • Delivering regular and proactive analysis of competitors, markets, and industry trends to keep the Management Committee and broader business informed and strategically agile.
    • Delivering strategic analysis, insights and ad-hoc requests including for the Board, CEO, Management Committee and Group
    • Working collaboratively with Business Units (BUs), support functions, and Group Strategy teams to deliver strategic projects
