A leading insurance provider in London is seeking a Strategy Management professional to shape the future of their business. This role involves collaboration with senior stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and contributing to strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong communication and analytical skills, and experience in consulting or strategy. A competitive salary of up to £40,000 and flexible working arrangements are offered.
Do you have an interest in Strategy Management and keen to be a key driver in shaping the future of our business. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work closely with the UK&I Management Committee and Board, supporting some of the most significant and impactful decisions across AXA UK&I. You’ll play a vital part in developing and maintaining our strategic direction, delivering key initiatives that enhance market position, profitability, and competitive advantage.
You’ll be involved analysing market trends, monitoring competitors, and assessing the broader external and internal environment to identify growth opportunities. This role provides exceptional visibility across AXA UK&I and Group, allowing you to collaborate with senior stakeholders and contribute to high-profile projects such as the delivery of our inaugural Board Strategy Day, supporting the UK&I CEO’s engagement with Group leadership, and conducting biannual competitor benchmarking. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
