What you’ll be doing:
This isn’t just another back-office analyst role. You’ll be a key player, driving change with your data superpowers. Expect to:
️ Build, refine, and own dashboards and reports that reveal the real story behind the numbers
? Partner with servicing teams to make sure our strategies work for people, not just spreadsheets
?️ Translate data into decisions, whether you're talking to data scientists or directors
? Test, tweak, and fine-tune strategies to boost both customer outcomes and business results
About you:
You’re a curious thinker, a data detective, and a natural communicator. You see patterns, not just numbers, and you love finding ways to make things better. Ideally, you’ll bring:
?Experience in collections analytics or strategy, ideally in financial services
? SQL or Python skills (you know your way around a dataset!)
? An analytical brain paired with a solutions-first mindset
?️ Excellent communication skills, you can explain complex stuff clearly
? Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight experience
? Knowledge of personal loans, utilities, or consumer finance
