Job Title: Strategy & Climate Co-Ordinator

Location: RAF Coningsby - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role

Salary: £29,563+ (DOE)

What you’ll be doing:

• You will assure and develop working relationships in support of promoting the Continuous Improvement process and the delivery of the Events & Engagement programme between the TyTAN organisation
• You will ensure the co-ordination of Good Ideas at the triage stage, engaging with key stakeholders to understand the intent of request and scope of work
• You will guide the on-going co-ordination of EF&V activities between TyTAN and the Air EF&V (Employee, Fundraising and Volunteering) and RAF Coningsby local Station Charity Teams
• You will ensure the on-going co-ordination of STEM activities between TyTAN STEM Ambassadors and key local schools
• You will develop further STEM opportunities between key stakeholders at Jon Egging Trust, ASI Newark. Develop further engagement with key stakeholders at the AMA Humberside and the ASK Education Team
• You will develop aligned engagement with the RAF Lossiemouth teams, ensuring Corporate approach irrelevant of location

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Collaboration skills across cross-functional and external teams and the ability to build effective relationships and engage with a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience in coordinating events and programmes
• Understanding of continuous improvement values and knowledge of any of the key areas of work (STEM/Charity)

Desirable:

• Awareness of digital transformation and cultural change
• Experience supporting charity or volunteering programmes
• Understanding of work climate-related measures
• Familiarity with project or programme management tools
• Previous exposure to MOD/Defence industry

The TyTAN Change/Digital & Innovation Team:

This is a role within the TyTAN Change/Digital & Innovation Team based at RAF Coningsby, working alongside the RAF and DE&S. The team has responsibility for a wide variety of activities from Digital Transformation/Modelling, Integration and Change Management, Continuous Improvement and Business Improvements in support of the working environment.
