Steven.com is seeking an Analyst for Strategy & Special Projects in London. You will translate ambiguous briefs into executable analysis, build robust financial models, and deliver decision-ready insights to the executive team.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in top-tier strategy or related fields, with a track record of shaping live business outcomes, and comfort working in a fast-paced founder-led environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years at a top-tier strategy consultancy, investment bank, private equity, growth equity, or high-velocity in-house strategy/corporate development.
• Proven track record of work that shaped real, live business decisions, not just theory.

Responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous, high-stakes questions into a problem statement, hypothesis and workplan.
• Build financial models including P&L, valuation, scenarios and deal structuring.
• Run market sizing, competitive mapping and diligence to shape go/no-go decisions.
• Write executive-ready memos highlighting risk and uncertainty.
• Operate and refine live agent stack as a data-driven input for work output.
