Collaborative design thinker needed:

You will support senior leaders in annual strategic planning to establish and validate FCC’s strategic direction. Enterprise-wide strategic planning experience and corporate governance expertise are required. Working knowledge of the OKR framework is considered an asset.

What you’ll do:

1. Lead collaborative efforts to generate enterprise-wide strategies
2. Research and employ innovative design practices
3. Establish outcome metrics for short, medium and long terms
4. Partner with colleagues to clarify organizational strategies and align to outcomes
5. Create and maintain cross-functional networks
6. Assess research and analyze business requests
7. Use customer and industry insights to inform priorities and outcomes
8. Liaise with senior leadership
9. Compile intelligence for committees or Board members

4. Knowledge of agriculture or financial services industries
5. Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
