The Role:

A hybrid role combining copy excellence and strategic leadership, you'll take the lead across two key areas:

  • Help shape communication and marketing strategies for pharma and biotech clients
  • Build insight-driven, omnichannel content plans
  • Contribute to creative briefs, tactical plans, proposals and pitches
  • Develop standout creative concepts and scientifically robust copy

Team Leadership & Quality Control

  • Mentor and support a growing team of writers
  • Ensure creative output meets scientific, creative and compliance standards
  • Oversee content quality from first draft to final approval
  • Champion the agency’s belief in making healthcare communication simple and powerful

About You:

  • Experienced medical copywriter with a flair for strategy
  • BSc or higher in a life sciences subject (essential)
  • Proven experience in a healthcare communications agency
  • Able to balance creative storytelling with scientific accuracy
  • Confident, collaborative and proactive – a natural team player and leader
  • A strong communicator who can guide, influence and simplify complex ideas
