Job Description

We're looking for a Junior B2B Strategist to join our dynamic strategy team. Whether you're a recent grad or bringing up to two years of experience, this role is your chance to dive into the world of data-driven marketing. You'll collaborate with senior team members to craft smart, insight-led strategies for a wide range of B2B clients.

You’ll explore complex buyer journeys, contribute to Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs, and turn customer insights into impactful plans. If you’re naturally curious, love solving problems, and want to understand how AI is shaping the future of marketing, this is your opportunity. Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

· Support market and buyer research activities using internal and external tools

· Assist pitch teams with research and data insights to support our approach

· Help gather and analyse competitive intelligence to support wider strategy and creative projects

· Assist in developing buyer personas and customer journey maps for B2B decision-making units

· Develop account intelligence reports on clients and their target customers

· Support on analysis tasks including quantitative survey data and qualitative interview insights

Strategy & Planning

· Support senior strategists in developing B2B marketing strategies

· Support the preparation of client presentations and reports

· Help with ABM initiatives e.g. discovery and account selection

· Actively participate in client meetings alongside senior team members

· Leverage internally secure AI tools to enhance research and analysis capabilities

· Collaborate with creative and client services teams to ensure strategy alignment

Qualifications

· Basic understanding of the marketing funnel and principles of B2B content strategy

· Basic understanding of market research techniques

· Enthusiasm for AI tools and their potential in B2B marketing

· Comfortable working with data and leveraging software to create reports

· Internships or academic projects in marketing are valuable but not essential

· Competence with Microsoft Office suite

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong written and verbal communication abilities

· Proactive learner with attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
