Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager for the Power Transmission & Distribution arm in the UK. The role focuses on delivering strategic workforce plans and working with operations, recruitment and partners to ensure delivery of major energy projects.

The role is hybrid with office and home days, and involves cross-functional collaboration across Cabling, Civils and Substations teams, with occasional UK travel.

• Experience forecasting workforce demand and capacity planning.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic workforce plans for Power T&D projects across the UK.
• Manage workforce demand forecasting, deployment planning and capacity management.
• Identify workforce requirements with operations and project teams and develop solutions.
• Engage with specialist labour supply partners and subcontractors.
• Produce workforce reporting to support business decisions.
• Build relationships with operations, recruitment, training, procurement and HR.
