Qualificações

• Senior People Strategy, Planning & Performance professional with extensive Strategic Workforce Planning experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into workforce and capability plans.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and presenting options for decision-making.
• Strong understanding of how Workforce Planning connects with HRBP, People Analytics and Finance.
• Delivery-focused with ability to implement sustainable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Strategic Workforce Planning across Cancer Research UK, supporting HR teams to run planning cycles.
• Translate workforce scenarios into risks, opportunities and recommendations.
• Define and monitor critical roles, capabilities and skills requirements.
• Own and drive delivery of the People Plan roadmap across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with People Analytics, HR Business Partners, Finance and Organisational Effectiveness colleagues to inform decisions.
• Build planning and performance management capability across HR teams with practical tools and governance.
