About the Role
Reporting to the Assistant Director of HR Business Partnering, this pivotal role supports strategic planning and delivery across the organisation. You'll lead the coordination of business plans and ensure workforce strategy is aligned with the City Corporation's vision and evolving needs.
You'll work closely with senior HR professionals and departments, turning complex workforce data into actionable insights, producing strategic roadmaps, and helping shape a long-term people plan that supports business continuity and growth.
