Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across M&A advisory and growth equity investment mandates.
• Build and review detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare investment committee materials, client presentations, and transaction documentation.
• Support deal structuring, negotiation, and execution processes.
• Contribute to origination efforts alongside senior team members.
