Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a Talent Partner to support our First Opinion network, identifying and engaging veterinary professionals in a specialist, talent-scarce market across the UK. This is a remote-based role covering the North of England with occasional travel to meetings, congresses and events across the UK and Europe. You will blend headhunting, market mapping and workforce planning. Join a supportive talent team to shape strategies and pipelines.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Experience influencing hiring decisions with market insights.
• Skilled at developing long-term talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive search and headhunting across the UK and internationally.
• Build talent communities across priority disciplines.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, assessment, offer, relocation and visa sponsorship where applicable.
• Represent Inspiring Vet Care at industry events and conferences across the UK and Europe.
• Use recruitment data, talent intelligence and market trends to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
