The Team

The position of Strategic Value & Process Optimisation Consultant (Senior Value Engineer) is a trusted advisor helping customers achieve their strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. Responsibilities include translating customer objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects, building business cases and demos, running workshops, and engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver results and secure long-term partnerships.

The Role

As a Strategic Value & Process Optimisation Consultant (Senior Value Engineer), you will drive data-driven business transformation, working closely with the Sales Team to manage the entire customer value journey—from landing to renewal. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve strategic goals through the Celonis platform, and collaborate with partners and services teams to maximize business impact and platform adoption.

The Work You’ll Do

1. Identify & Frame Value: Discover and translate strategic priorities into high-impact use cases, build demos, and communicate value to C-Level executives.
2. Realize Value: Facilitate workshops, identify process improvements, and present results to senior management.
3. Scale Value: Manage the full customer journey, develop expansion roadmaps, and provide feedback for product development.

Qualifications Needed

• Experience in data analysis, business process improvement, or software deployment, preferably in customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of business software (e.g., SAP), RPA, BI tools, Python, SQL, and collaboration with IT teams.
• Experience in managing projects, stakeholder management, and understanding of finance/supply chain domains.
• Degree in relevant fields such as Business Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics.
• Eligibility for security clearance; candidates with existing SC clearance are preferred.
