Job summary

InizioIgnite is the global advisory partner for health and life sciences, supporting clients across strategy, insights, and innovation. The consultant will lead teams, solve pricing and market access challenges, and deliver actionable recommendations to top biopharma clients from our London office.

You will work with Partners to develop strategies, manage project teams, and apply deep expertise in US/UK payer dynamics, ASP modeling, and access design to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• MBA or post-graduate degree preferred but not required.
• 4–5 years’ experience at top-tier firms or pharma/biotech industries.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to understand problems and refine hypotheses.
• Structure complex problems and lead analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Manage daily operations of the team and deliver client-ready outputs.
