Initiate Consultancy Limited is seeking a Value, Access and Pricing Consultant to join our global health economics team. You will lead projects on market access, reimbursement and pricing strategy, conducting desk research, stakeholder engagement and value tool development to inform strategic recommendations.

You will work across disease landscapes, cost of illness, and pricing research, preparing concise reports and client-ready materials while supporting proposals and business development.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or life sciences consulting with market access focus.
• Proven ability to lead pricing and reimbursement strategy workstreams.
• Hands-on experience in primary and secondary research with payers and clinicians.
• Strong analytical and scientific writing to translate evidence into value narratives.
• Ability to contribute to proposals, thought leadership and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead desk-based research, stakeholder engagement, and value tool development.
• Analyse clinical, reimbursement, and pricing data to support market access.
• Design and manage primary and secondary research activities (literature reviews, surveys, interviews).
• Develop value propositions, messages, and global value dossiers.
• Prepare client-ready reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to scoping, proposals, and account growth opportunities.
• Manage project plans and client expectations.
