• Lead the commercial launch and merchandising strategy for the US license.
• Provide analysis by category and season to inform range planning and forecasts.
• Define US selling windows and calendars to align with market expectations.
• Prepare and manage annual sales, margins and stock budgets for the US territory.
• Communicate brand strategies to the wider team.
• Develop cross-functional relationships with US and UK teams to ensure timely delivery.
