Volt UK is seeking a Communications Lead to shape and execute Volt’s messaging across media, internal channels and public platforms. You will build strong relationships with key outlets, manage external communications and coordinate with the community, policy, technology and campaign teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

The role also includes liaising with Volt Europa and volunteers to maintain consistent communications.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement a comms strategy for Volt UK’s communications.
• Lead on implementing the comms strategy and managing Volt UK volunteers as relevant.
• Work with the community, campaign, technology and policy teams to curate relevant information to be communicated externally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders to enhance Volt’s public presence.
• Manage all communications from key media outlets and other interested organizations, ensuring consistency in messaging.
• Serve as the liaison officer for Volt UK, fostering relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Liaise with Volt Europa to ensure all external communications are aligned with Volt’s values and policies.
• Prepare a communications strategy and action plan and provide regular reports to the Volt UK Board.
