Job summary

TEKEVER is recruiting a Project Manager for an operational UAS programme delivered to a UK MOD customer. The role reports to the Programme Director and covers delivery coordination, fleet sustainment, scheduling, reporting and risk management.

The project uses Jira and Confluence for tracking; you will own and improve those boards and documentation. UK SC clearance and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Defence sector delivery experience with MOD environment.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence configuration.
• Experience driving actions to closure across teams.
• PM qualification (APM PMQ or PRINCE2 Practitioner) or equivalent.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance; TEKEVER will sponsor vetting.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Delivery coordination across engineering, operations, logistics and commercial teams.
• Fleet sustainment planning and tracking for deployed UAS assets.
• Own Jira and Confluence boards, workflows and documentation spaces.
• Maintain accurate programme schedules and re-plan as needed.
• Run the programme's reporting cycle for multiple audiences.
• Maintain the risk register and escalations with mitigations.
