Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust is seeking a Trusts & Grants Lead to drive our trusts and grants programme, including identifying funding opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and delivering impact reports. The role reports to the Senior Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager and involves liaising with Directors and managers to energise our funder base.

• Strong communication and written proposal skills.
• Proven track record in fundraising and grant relationships.
• Experience developing income growth and funder reports.

Responsabilités

• Lead grants and trusts operations and contribute to strategy with the Senior Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager.
• Identify funding opportunities and craft high-quality proposals and impact reports.
• Act as the main point of contact for funders and enquiries about grant-makers and foundations.
• Develop funding propositions for new and existing funders and champion this area across the organisation.
