Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust seeks a Trusts & Grants Lead to manage grants and trusts operations, identify funding opportunities, and present compelling funder proposals. You will work closely with Directors and managers to support income growth and funder relationships.

The role is full-time (35 hours) with hybrid working available, based at Beechcroft House in Curdridge. A strong track record in fundraising and impact reporting is essential.

• You will be an outstanding communicator with strong experience – from developing projects and cases for support to submitting successful applications and providing impact reports.
• You’ll have a proven track record of developing income growth and high-quality funder relationships.
• You’ll be a proactive, positive and confident fundraiser with great attention to detail.

• Lead on all operational aspects of grants and trusts work and input into strategy with the Senior Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager.
• Identify funding opportunities, craft high-quality proposals and impact reports, and be the main contact for funders and foundations.
