• Lead the Transport Planning team to deliver the Local Transport Plan.
• Shape transport planning during Local Government Reorganisation and Devolution.
• Define the future transport function for the Devon area and oversee consultants/external partners.
• Represent Devon at regional and national forums to secure investment opportunities and shape transport policy.
• Provide expert advice to elected Members and senior officers and build partnerships across organisations.
