Job Description:

What you’ll do:

• Lead key design and architecture discussions for large-scale manufacturing transformations. Ensure compliance and mitigate risk through end-to-end design authority.
• Conduct and lead business process analysis and design during project phases.
• Create templates and artifacts to promote reusability and automation, reducing implementation time and post-go-live errors.
• Develop detailed business process blueprints collaboratively with team members.
• Maintain procedural and system documentation; create detailed tasks within the project plan.
• Ensure knowledge transfer with the customer project team and act as a thought leader in Manufacturing Planning Solutions.
• Support business case development for future product functionalities and enhancements.
• Develop functional specifications for system modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens aligned with customer objectives.
• Advise customers on industry best practices and process methodologies; support during go-live and project transition.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including consultants, business users, IT, and product teams to realize business objectives.
• Own and be accountable for the end-to-end solution and application architecture, supporting technical design discussions.
• Perform solution validation, data flow testing, and provide feedback on defects and enhancements.
• Participate in key meetings with project managers, customers, and stakeholders, including executive sponsors.
• Understand how to configure BY solutions to optimize customer processes and ensure successful delivery.
